Return policy

Unused, non-expired products may be returned within 15 days of purchase for credit or refund with prior approval by phone or email. Returned items must be in its original packaging with seals intact and accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Opened or used items will not be accepted.

A 15% restocking fee will be charged for returns made after 15 days. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from purchase. Shipping charges for the returned product must be prepaid and insured by the purchaser. EZ Medical will not be responsible for loss of uninsured returns.
